hi Dudegujrat...
i am having same thing wid my case...i was in australia before ..and came back 1.5 years before...after coming back i applied for OZ pcc...but never travelled back to australia again...now when i submitted my case, my pcc was already one year old,but my consultant told me that you do not need new pcc bcoz you never went back to australia after you got your pcc...but my consultant have mentoined in my case(wrote a cover letter wid PCC) that i never travelled to australia after getting pcc....
But according to the information provided by you and other members, NDVO might need a fresh pcc from us..
my dear friend plz help me wid these questions...
1)Did u mentioned the dates with ur PCC in ur case i.e when u come back or never travelled to Australia back?
2)did you got this request for fresh pcc wid medicals ? what it says?
3)what is your consultant suggesting you now?
OTHER MEMBERS PLZ SUGGEST US TOO SO WE CAN APPLY NEW PCC TO SAVE TIME....

he naaz my consultant says no worries we will remind visa officer that we provoded fresh pcc from aus but on the other hand i have told my bro who is in Australia to apply fresh pcc as soon as possible he will apply tommorow..So i will suggest you be always on safe side. GOD BLESS ALL |

thanks for your reply mate... dont you need fingerprints as well...than how can your brother apply for your pcc in australia?? did they ask you to provie driving history record?bcoz on CIC website they say applicant have to provide driving history record as well one more thing ..did they asked you to submit pcc wid mr??what does that letter says?? regards |

Hi Guys, i am not sure if this will help, but If you need a background check from Australia, can't you go and request that done through an Australian consulate? I also know, that not every country needs your fingerprints to issue you a PPC. Not sure about Australia, though. Good Luck Kassiopeq |

Hi Guys,
i am not sure if this will help, but If you need a background check from Australia, can't you go and request that done through an Australian consulate?
I also know, that not every country needs your fingerprints to issue you a PPC. Not sure about Australia, though.
