No need to worry

For applications received before January 31, 2012: CIC will assess the occupations of the applicants using only the NOC 2006.

For applications received on or after January 31, 2012: CIC will assess the occupations of the applicants according to either the NOC 2006 or 2011, whichever benefits the applicant most.

My online status updated to We started processing your application on May 29, 2012.
I got my Per on 07/Feb/2012 and Aor on 06/March/2012. Almost a month since 29 May.
I have no travel/criminal history and I'm a single applicant.

anyone have the same situation,When shall I get my MR from new delhi?

In my opinion i recommend you do it ASAP, not wait till August, 012
cause this year might have the biggest flow of application cause in this year more application were rejected( Noc mismatch, JD mismatch, Low points, cap filled and pre 2008 backlog). So the volume of new applicant will be high volume so why leave it late do it ASAP and safe yourself from CAP filled..

7241 and that NOC takes time to fill....so august would be fine for him and the global cap of 10k if resetted would take time to be full as well

I have sort out the info as per the progress by their VO...Ppl got per first are above/on-top in list and those who will get the AOR first will be promoted in the list respectively

Coz the applicants had been waiting since may. it has been 2 months and pre 2008 backlog are waitin too ... i guess CIC would be flooded with the new applications. Coz  speculations are that CAP could be further reduced this time to reduce the backlog of MI1 & MI 2.

So Any applicant should not think of applying beyond sept/oct.

As the caps in various category was filled in 2 months last year,so ppl are desperately waiting for the cap to be opened!! There will be a blast and I can guess that in first month there would be a flood of application will be received by CIC Canada.Lets see "how they gonna tackle the backlog coz applicants from MI-1,2 and 3 are also waiting for their turn in this queue.." Personally I believe, either this will speedup the process for MI-1,2 and 3 or they gonna make a mess out of us!! Pray for good
