THE 1ST FAQ:

Q   :Can I change the province/city I intend to land?

Ans:For applicants in the skilled worker category, you do not have to land in the city and/or province that you have indicated in your IMM008 form.  There is one caveat, however.  If you have indicated a non-Quebec destination but try to
land in Quebec, you might have problems at the border, since Quebec has the
provincial authority to choose its own immigrants, and has a slightly different
immigration procedure.  If you do have to land in Quebec without a CSQ, you should be able to show that you are continuing on to a destination outside Quebec.  Evidence for this can be in form of an ongoing airline ticket, a lease, an off-Quebec job offer, etc.
Landing in Victoria, BC, while your intended destination had been Toronto, ON, however, will not present you with a problem.  The exception to this is Business Class/Entrepreneur applicants, since the minimum investment conditions on
the granting of such visas differ from province to province.

please anyoune suggest some advice:
i did my first medical on 12 april and that reached NDVO on 24 april. then again i recived remdical letter on 23 may, but in letter issue date was 8 may, they give me 90 days from 8 may . on 24 may i went to my DMP but he was on holiday till 29 may , so i went on 30 may and he told me to do sputum test on 31 may 1 and 2 june as they want 3 samples of sputum, and told me that they give result after 60 days ,approximately on 1 august. but as per letter my 90 days get over on 8 aug. please tell what should i do.
do i send NDVO letter now about this situation or not?
will they understand my problem and give me some more days so that my test reached NDVO within time period?
please suggest.

U are safe...coz if they will get result on 1 Aug and they will send it to CHC on same day then it will be with chc
on or b4 3rd Aug!! So don't worry...
Forgot to ask u...Do u have any medical problem/history..neva heard about sputum test for Canadian immigration!!

I have sort out the info as per the progress by their VO...Ppl got per first are above/on-top in list and those who will get the AOR first will be promoted in the list respectively

i have TB issue in 2009 and after that i take medicine for 1 year. now my DMP sent me to chest specialist on 31 may and he issue me medical fitness certificate that now i am fully fit and there is no TB disease in  my body after seeing my old and new CXR and CT and all previous test reports.but my DMP told that sputum test are also necessary with this chest report to send NDVO so u have to wait.

Yes in some cases CHC ask for sputum and re chest x-ray,
Ladhar do inform the DMP about the deadline also so that DMP will forward your Reports ASAP

In my opinion ,
they are having upgrade of ecas for GCMS,
So this is also near/same to your file is in review/process,/going on BC and SC
