Instead of sending a online query its much better to send an email query & a fax.

As in another thread I read that people got reply in 2-3 days... So if he has any doubts to be cleared then its always his right to CIC.

Hi Members!!

I had a query on this thread some days ago where I had mentioned about the DD wasn't cleared for my baby application...if you all remember..? Today, I have come to know from my bank manager that INR DD of 7350 got encashed on 08/5/2012. I was bit worried because some people told me that the couldn't be paid in INR, it should have to be $150 CAD.
Hence its proved that if you have got AOR, any payment can be made in INR.

I have received my AOR on 10/02/2012 after that I had sent a courier to NDVO (CHC) to update our baby's details on 18/02/2012 with all supporting documents(As CIC-Canada won't accept/encashed the application fees until or unless everything is OK and then they issue PER), Now, because the Fee DD has been encashed...I have two question ::

1. Does CHC NDVO have consider my baby's case as a dependent and they are satisfied with everything..?

2.They have encashed DD on 08/may/2012, should I consider that my file is in process now and moved up for rest of the processing..Someone is looking after my case, so that they have encashed the DD.

As far as I think that your application is in Process & you have provided the further details (Forms & Fees) that is been updated in your file.. BUT the DD is been encashed by another deptt. so cant say that your file is under the hand of VO right now or not.

Certainly your child is your dependent now & you dont need to worry now..

I have seen from last couple of days that you have created an un necessary pressure and tension for your self... Putting the same
question again and again won't help you...you are wasting your energy mate.. Please act upon what babbu and rawlin had advice to
you...don't be panic and focus on what you can do....there is 4 things you are advised..

1  Get you medical Done
2  Send your original Certificate to CHC NDVO
3  E-mail and Fax to NDVO if you need and clerification(As recently u have mentioned.)
4. Collect the proof of your income, as seniors had advised you!!

updated details to CHC NDVO on 18/2/12 and case worker have gone through the everything then recently he had forward the DD to concern department..They took nearly 3 months to encash DD....So that I think my case would in the hand of a VO/Case Worker.
This is all my assumption and I might be wrong !!

you might be right but I think that they might send the DD to other deptt who collects the amount & send the confirmation slip to put in the file as the money is been received & then they (VO) can start the further processing... send the MR or request for additional docs...

first of all.....congrats on encashment of dd, I had told you to not worry...How does NDVO works..is a mystery, some people got MR
who had applied after you and many more...Ppl are waiting for AOR since Dec/Jan. Neither you nor Rawlin can guess what's going on there. But, as you have raised the point about " CIC-Canada won't accept/encashed the application fees until or unless everything is OK and then they issue PER". I must say your dependent case has been consider after 3 months..Now be prepare for Medical...but no one can give you the timescale for that...now wait and watch,like we all are doing at the moment...lol

there is nothing we all can do except wait...in other words "Beggars are not Choosers" we have to admit the we all are begging for Canadian PR, that is because of our corrupt system, where Kings (Samrats) couldn't maintain/keep this country as a "golden bird" and let others to rob our motherland and now corrupt politician and government employees are making fun of other and robbing this country like thief..they have no idea about their duty and no feeling for their country men..the difference is "they were foreigner and now Indian"

If all these tragedy won't happen to India...India would have been the Golden Bird and We all were not begging for Canadian PR... and people from other countries may be applying for Indian visa....this is the hardest truth to be digest as an Indian....still we all say
"Proud to be an Indian"
