Hi Dudegujrat, I am down in Australia, when I submitted my Aussie PCC it mentioned the validity as 1 year... Also let us know where are u located now? If u are still in Australia then asking for updated PCC is valid...if you are in India and havent gone back to Australia after getting their PCC then you dont have to submit your PCC again...They ask for updated PCC of the country u r in currently or unless u have moved out to another country during processing for more than 6 months...

But it would take atleast a month for u to get another one as Aussie PCC is with fingerprints ( takes few days to arrive)...

That is absolutely shocking....
I think PCC issued from any foreign country after you had left that country must be valid forever.......there is no point to ask for PCC....this is not fair !! you can write CIC about this.

I have sort out the info as per the progress by their VO...Ppl got per first are above/on-top in list and those who will get the AOR first will be promoted in the list respectively

B- we started procrssing on file dd/mm/yyyy
C- medical results have been received
D- decision made

But cic does not understand the way we understand,
If we wait in communication with cic this might linger the process if we can submit the document they have requested the process might be fast..but in cases where its not possible to resubmit the document then mate we have to forward our queries...
What to do they hold all the cards...we have just there to play the game...no choices are given...

they have clearly mentioned that we have to provide the PCC at the time of application and secondly PCC must have been issued no more than three months before you submit your application!! I think you are lacking in second point...!!! check the difference between issue date of pcc and application submission date.

My suggestion is wait for everyone to respond till Sunday...some of them might be working or busy or away...I fno one replies back then as you said it would be easy to have lesser numbers on the sheet...what do you think ?

i think the people who have got per or aor will be online once in the day for the expecting new emails or new status which we forum member do regularly do and at the same time we have got the luxury to be in this forum for any update about our beautiful friends and their timeline, and may be they have forgot the forum value may be...but there might be few mute observer who watch the forum everyday as i was when i was watching Sir qorax forum was just a mute observer cause all the question were answered ...

bro it was just issued before few days because i waited for that bro.and one more thing visa officer wrong date of my daughter my consultant told me not to worry Doc will correct that is yhat possible.God bless all
