APPLICANT FROM SYDNEY AUSTRALIA originally from PAKISTAN

Hi Everyone,

Currently I am in Sydney, Australia as an international student, originally I am from Karachi, Pakistan. My story is that I applied as an accountant on 2 june 2010. My application was rejected, my lawyer appealed and became successful. Later on they sent my application to SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA VISA OFFICE in OCTOBER 2010. They gave me 4 months to submit all the documents to visa office. I submitted all my documents with complete application on 14 Feb 2011 since then I didn't received any reply and online status shows as "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE". Now,as I am not aware about immigration things that much, can anyone please tell me what will be the next possible step they will take for example: Interview, Medical, Etc and how long do u guys think that it will take them to take next step.

Now a days CIC is taking long than normal. They are giving priority to post june 26,2010 applicants. Pre june applicants are in waiting queue. You might wait for 12-24 months more for your medical request. Next step after Recieved by Visa Office would be "In-Process" and after that you will receive Medical Request.
