I think everyone from the MI-3 and Mi-4 got their address on e-cas today. Lots of people excited on other threads as well. They probably upgraded another version of their software to e-cas or just upgraded everyones address in batch.
I got my address too

Hi Karmen, I just noticed that you got your PER on Feb 24? So you haven't heard anything from Ottawa yet? Hmmm, this could mean that the processing date actually depends on the date the application is received rather than PER?
Hi Asbereth, I think you are right. It depends on the application time, however may be next batch will include a bigger range of applications.

Congratulations snow_walker, I hope you wouldn't mind answering a couple of questions Did you submit a PCC, from your home country, with your application? Did they request a PCC from your home country or a Canadian one? What is the time frame for submitting the PCC, 60 days or 120 days? Thanks, I just received a request for my police clearance certificate... My ECAS status is still same. I think everyone's MR will follow shortly. Good luck to everyone

Big Congratulations! Snow-Walker. Just be curious, why did they request your PCC before sending you the medical request?

snow_walker, congratulations!! Any news is a good news, but I'm assuming a PCC request is much easier to manage than a 6 month bank transaction (aside, obviously from the fact that they have started processing up to, at least, March 16 PER) Anyway, should we start changing the color to red for those who have heard from Ottawa. Just be curious, why did they request your PCC before sending you the medical request? I'm wondering about this too. Usually, the medical would come before PCC, but apparently, it could be random from applicants to applicants. My NER reverted to PER by claiming the adaptability for two years studying in Canada as PhD student after 33 days. Congratulations ! I'm assuming that you have other work experience too back home, right (since you only claimed 960 hours for TA experience)?

1) Hi, I was wondering if there is any news from the ones who APPEALED for their applications about the 5 adaptability points on over 2 years of PhD studies in Canada? I did the appeal but never got any answers.
2) In case we need to re-apply, could anyone who can tell me WHETHER the 5 ADAPTABILITY POINTS for over 2 years of PhD studies in Canada can be AWARDED right now??
Thanks.
I got it today after 1 month. You will hear soon.

Well, maybe they performed background check first and then snow-walker will get his medical soon.
