I'm in the same boat as S.Guo82.I have not completed a program of full-time study of at least 2 years in Canada, but I do have 2 years completed towards my PhD. Let me know what the CIC says about this. If I don't get 5 points, I don't meet the cut-off!  |

I think T4As are fine. AF___ claimed that he only included TA/RA experience, and his T4 hours only totaled to 650, short of the required 1,950 hours. He got the remaining hours from T4A incomes, and he got his PER. Anyway, just getting the PER doesn't mean that you will get approved for sure, but it is an indicator that, at least the CIO is of the opinion that you can pass the 67 point mark if I'm not mistaken (or at least, you pass the minimum requirement, which includes that you have 1 continuous year full-time work experience, or 1,950 continuous hours). |
