appendix C - mistake on visa office

hi,
I just received proof of medical exam yesterday july 08  at Nationwide Clinic. I am worried about the Appendix C form wherein visa office that I mistakenly put was Mississauga instead of Manila. I have requested their personnel to alter visa office on the said form (in front of me w/ correction fluid) which is my personal copy. However, she advised me that she will try to pull-out the duplicate copy to be altered too before sending to embassy. Hope she could make it.
My question is, would there be big implications to that though I have with me the corrected one that I will send to my wife (sponsor) ?

dba sa nationwide ka ngmedical, i think automatic and understood na deretso un sa canadian embassy manila, ang mga inland application sa canada have diffirent designated clinic inside s canada
