My husband has an appointment for his medical exam on Monday. I know we need to bring Appendix C as well as photos to this appointment.

My question is, for the Visa Office, what do we put? We are applying through the Buffalo office as he has been in Canada for over 2 years. However, we do need to send it to Mississauga first for processing.

Thanks for your help.

I'm just double-checking as well.  I'm sponsoring my husband (US citizen) through the outland application.  We'll be sending our forms for first-stage approval to CPC-Mississauga and his PR application will be processed in Seattle.  So we should be requesting that the DMP send the results of the medical exam to Seattle, correct?

I thought that US applications automatically went to Buffalo with the possibility of it being transfered elsewhere in the US (Seattle, NYC, etc) I'm not sure on that. But I am same situation as you, Outland filing in US and PMM told me 2 use Buffalo on mines and thats what I did with no problem.

Yes they should say Buffalo. It's only later there might be a chance that things get transferred to the closest CIC near you if there is an interview or less wait time etc. But yes.. You would tell the DMP it will be processed in Buffalo and btw all medicals go to Ottawa first. Buffalo would then be requesting it from them. The DMP doesnt send direct to Bufallo.
