appendix C - mailing or residential address??

is that address field there to know where the applicant lives or to have things mailed to him? does the DMP send us letters or results too?

here the mailing address would be a pobox; it's not clear what they want  i guess the DMP will clear this up when we make the appointment but i would like to know from before if possible....

any thoughts?

Hey there, seems like you are going to be applying soon! That mention of DMP caught my eye, I have an appointment with the DMP tomorrow and we hope to submit our papers by the last week of this month. Thought it would be nice to know any fellow newbies

From what I understand from the form is that, we need to put the residential address there since the DMP wont be corresponding with us. The results will be send directly to the visa processing office, but the DMP can guide the applicant on his/her medical conditions if required.

yeah u r right that the results r send directly but i did read of some people who did receive letter from the DMP - maybe u need to redo a test, maybe some confirm when they send ur results, no idea...if u want do ask ur DMP tomorrow and let me know...thanks

hey shamsia, hope ur medicals went ok....what was ur experience? did u have the chance to find out about my original concern?

Hello just back from the medicals. The experience was good! It was simple too, they made me sign 4 forms, but she called me again tomorrow to give me the form that goes on our file. I asked her about the address, she only checked to see if its the same as the one on the passport and that usually they do not correspond with the applicant by mail but that she will call me up if need be. That's about it

Heylo, I got my Copy 2 of the Medicals today. The doctor did not put in any addresses at all on that form....I asked him if there would be any need for future correspondence so he said as of now my reports are clear and he doesnt foresee any reason to contact me. Either way the have my number whick should suffice. Hope that helps...
