In Appendix A Document Cheklist for Western Europe there is a Questionnaire foe Albanian Residents and underneath questions about funds and travels. Do the questions about funds and travel refer to Albanians only? Since I´m not Albanian, I don´t have to fill that out?

That's right, you don't have to fill out the questionnaire for Albanians if you are not a citizen or resident of Albania. Just leave it out.
