Hello I was wondering if anyone has a recent experience of filing and been allowed an appealing through ADR in Vancouver and wanted to share their timeline here
We have filed our appealing last november 2010, we already received the CAIPS and now we want to know what is next, will we go through ADR? Full Hearing ?
When will we know, Do we need to request to be taken to go for ADR ? or not??
Any comment will be appreciated
