My application was refused due to my DWI in the US ( which happened 6 years ago.)
I understand I can file for an Application for Rehabilitation which takes about 1 year to process. Assuming I get the approved rehabilitation after a year, can I just appeal the decision or do I have to start over my entire immigration. Help grealtly needed, thanks in advance for any input.

Nope, you can't appeal, you have to start the application over from scratch.
