If so does anybody know if it is expensive as I am on disability with one child. And how long is the appeal process? And do i myself have to go the court if i have a lawyer representing us?Thanks for any info.

I don't think you need a lawyer but go to a immigrant or newcomer centre and try to get some advice.  They may have access to a free lawyer.  What is important for you to know is why your husband was denied so you can correct that on your appeal.
