Hello My Friends

I won the appeal.  How long does it take to open the file again in Sri Lanka?   any one have experience in appeal case?  I just went to the website and check the status.  they didnot change anything in there

Cases that were appealed and allowed are supposed to be prioritised.  No-one here can say for sure how long it will take after this.

i received a letter from IAD stating that "before we proceed we must receive a copy of the appeal record from minister's counsel"
whats minister's counsel.....Huh
