Hi guys

Any one have experience in Spousal sponsor appeal.

It depends on the office you are going through. Some are faster than others. It can take a year or more to get an appeal date; less time to get a date for an ADR.
But you have now got the police clearance you lacked, so send in a copy of it to the IAD handling your file, and also to the Canada Border Services office handling your file - that address should be on the files the Canada Border Services office sent you, or ask the IAD for advice. Because if the lack of the police clearance was the only problem, the Minister's Counsel for the Canada Border Services may be willing to drop the case and send it back to the visa office.
