hello everybody,
I m indian citizan. And got married with canadian permanent resident and she has a son from her pervious marrige. we got married in dec 2006.she applied for permanent residence of mine in canada in june 2007. I was intervied on jan 2008 in india.they have Rejected my application on the basis of very minor objections like .I am not aware about my son's school name and his friends. now i have applealed in court in canada at 13th feb. 2008. now i want to know about in time it will take to complete the process so i'll be able to come in canada.
