please also tell the timeline of putting an appeal against CHC after recieving refusal letter. Also tell is it usefull or bring any success to file an appeal against CHC?

As far as I know, there's no appeal process. If you want to reapply, you can do that the very next day. However, if circumstances governing the decision (i.e. rejection) hasn't changed much, there is little chance of a favorable outcome.

Best of luck with reapplication!

The only appeal is to apply for leave to the Federal Court that there was an error in law.  It is really not a do it yourself project, but you can be self represented, but it means you have to be in Canada.  Highly unlikely., but if you wish to spend $5-8000 to hire a lawyer, it is your choice.
