i have received the refusal letter telling me that i don't have enough points to be accepteed as skilled worker.actually i had 0 in experience criteria ,because the agent who was in charge of my file estimated that my job doesn't belong to the list of jobs accepted by the CIC.in reality ,my job is admissible for immigration, but the problem i could not proove that by a letter from my company, after having received the refusal i asked my company to give me a work proof precising the natural of the activity i'm doing in the company, and finely they accepted.i sent this proof to the canadian embassy of rabat"morocco",but no answer since then ,i sent mail, fax ,letters ,no reaction.i don't know if giving  my file to a lawyer will be beneficial or just a waste of time and money.please don't hesitate to advise me ,i really need your help.good luck for your immigration process.

he
sad to hear this!!!
By sending them the proof now
when the refusal letter is already issued is waste of time.
if you have all the proof to confront the decision made just
appeal.
Please don't give up till there's no way out.

Courage and good luck my friend.

keep in mind the process of initial assessment requires you provide all supporting documents. Your application was considered based on the documents you submitted and was found inadequate. That was no fault of theirs, simply your fault. The basis for appeal in this case may be weak. Now you can go ahead and appeal or simply wait for the fall list and hope your profession is listed and reapply!
