Hi All,
well on Sunday it will be 120 days from the date given on the letter stating that they have recieved our appeal application. If I don't see something in my mailbox when I get home from work on Monday, I am going to star making some calls.  Any of you who are going thru the appeal process, can you tell me how long it really took for you to get your records?

got mine from rabat in 90 days,
 most are received within the 120 days or very shortly there after,
but i have found thru read numuerous posts that files that were questionable
such as the applicant had attempted to enter on a visitor's visa previously for example took 5 months,
they dont necessarily write a letter explaining that the file is late

after the 120 days I would start calling IAD to verify if they have received the file as well as the office you are applying from
