appeal allowed. what's next? pls help

hi everyone,

does anybody know what happens next when an appeal is allowed? my sister and i had the hearing last july 2, 2010 via telephone and the minister's counsel made a favorable recommendation that the appeal be allowed. we received a letter from the IAD just recently but the contents where all about reasons and oral decisions. it doesn't mention anything about what we have to do next. do we wait for another letter or do we call the embassy here in our country?
