Do anyone know how long it takes to process and get the final documents once the apeal is allowed and CHC-NewDelhi start processing?

I m in the same situation.  I had won the appeal in sep 2011.  The re open the file in Srilanka too.  But they didnot send any letter or anything for my husband

Its a long wait dear, believe me. We wont the appeal in first week of June, 2011 and I got the letter here in India in Sept 2011. Almost three months. its a long process. First they will ask for PCC and new forms to be filled along with photos and affidevit and other photocopies

then they will ask for medical if your hubby's last medical is over a year old.

Then they will ask for passport.

From my experience, I would say it might take anywhere between 4-5 months more for complete process. So you will see your hubby there in Canada in Feb or March.

Maybe early if you are very very very lucky.
