Appeal against a rejection order

Can anybody please tell me the procedure of filing an appeal against the rejection order of the Canadian Embassy ?

I had applied in the investor category and received my rejection order in the mod of last month..

What all options do I have now ?

1.  You need an Immigration lawyer.
2.  You have 60 days to apply for leave to appeal to the Federal Court of Canada.
