App. Filed.......: 4th April 2005
Doc's Request.: July 2009
File Transfer...: July 2009 to Warsaw
Med's Request: October 2010
Med's Done....: November 2010

I applied in March 2005. My application was transferred to Warsaw Visa Office in June 2009. Last July, I received a letter from them to update my application within 90 days (this October).

My questions are:How much time I should wait for their respons to know I am accepted or rejected?
If accepted, how much time does it normally take to get the visa? Includling medical and...

 i have the same problem but i am 2004 applicant and still no answer from Warsaw . I was asked to add more documents to prove my work status on july 2009, still waiting waiting waiting ......I am sooooo concerned about my file as i have heard there are lots of rejection from Warsaw with no logical reason. Anybody help???

I also recieved a letter from them to update in july and no answer yet.If you got answer please let me now.

My application was sent to warsaw too.no answer yet?I updated 3 monthes ago.I got my file no onfeb 2005.I am from Iran .Isfahan.And so worried.If you got answer let me Know.My phone no.is 03112606253

Hi friends
I have not recieved any reply yet.My lawyer told it may last even 9 or 10 month to get answer from them because they are so busy in warsaw.
i am awaiting for your reply.

Hi All,

Review of my application:
Applied: April 2005
Transferred from Damascus to Warsaw: July 2009
Updated application sent: October 2009
Contacted Warsaw office asking for the latest status: May 2010
Email from Warsaw that your wife's PCC is not received so you have to send it again within 60 days (Note: my updated application included my wife's PCC for sure, why they are asking again???!!): May 2010
Many emails requesting confirmation of receiving new PCC: NO REPLY till the date!!
