App sent on December 12th, to Mississauga - outland to London, when will we hear

Hiya, our completed app went by courier to Mississauga on December 12th, can anyone tell me when we will hear anything? 

It was an Outland Spousal application through London.  I am so excited, I am dying to travel back to the UK/Ireland  for a vacation to see family and friends over there, I understand as soon as the approval for my husband comes through, he is Canadian, I can travel freely then.

Anymore December applicants out there??

Hey, Join the outland london thread aswell, lots of helpful people.
You are unlikely to hear anything from mississauga re sponsor approval until mid february.

I am not sure why you think you have to wait for sponsor approval? I sent my application off last December 14th 2010, then went back to the UK for christmas with my husband. We returned to Canada in early January and I stayed until I got the PPR through in late Feb. (sponsor approval only took around 30 days back then.

Wow, I thought I had to wait for the first stage approval before I left for a trip to Ireland/UK.  I have my new Visitor Extension which I renewed in December.  So what documents do I need to bring with me to show the immigration officers on re-entry to Canada?G
