App in Process At Buffalo. Shud i order CAIPS!!

dear frnds.

FSW application is in process at Buffalo since Oct 2008. To date, only AOR has been received and no further communication is recevied.
Should i order CAIPS to know the process? Does ordering CAIPS offend visa officers?

I  think you should contact the CIC regarding ur situation because in London's AOR letter it stated that within 8 months if you did not receive any correspondence then you should contact them directly and I am pretty sure for Buffalo office they have the similar strategy so please read carefully ur AOR letter and look what they said in it.

According to trackitt statistics, they only started to open October 2008 applications now. They transferred some of them to other offices.
You are going to hear from them soon, I think. As questions sometimes delay the application, I would sit and wait now if I would be you.
