Aplication fees spouse and 2 child's

Hello,
I paid the application fees online and I am still thinking if I did it right or not. Could someone confirm me or correct me please.
I paid for my wife and to dependent child ( one over 22 and one under 22 ) $1250. I am confused about the sponsorship application ,I paid $75 and I have the filing that is not right. I  tried to call the immigration office but no one picked up the phone.
If I am wrong ,how I will pay the outstanding amount?

Yes, you paid the right amount for the application fees.  Later you will be asked to pay the right of permanent resident fees if PR is granted.
