Hi to All !

I'm in the USA ( with a green card) and I work and study at the same time.My Question is: Can I apply for student visa and is there any chance for my boyfriend ( with no status in USA) get any visa with my aplications?

1.  You can apply, your Boyfriend (unless he is a c/law spouse) is out of luck.
