Does the 2nd AOR Timing affects the total processing time.

I am waiting since 3 and a half months to receive the AOR from Buffalo??? Does that means I have to wait another long period until the file starts to be "in Process"

Is the AOR Receiving date the important factor in the Processing time or the date the application was submitted?

What do you think??

The Date you submitted all documents to VO is more important than AOR date.

I believe, you already have a Case #, call VO and ask how long it will take?

I know you call will not expedite the process, but at least it will make the VO to look for your file, if it is lost or buried under other files.

It happened in past, call to VO always work in your favor.
