AOR RECIEVED? BUT IMPORTANT QUESTION?

Hey Guys,

Received first e-mail from CIC today and the application number starts with EXXXXXXXXX. So, I hope this is AOR. Any comments?

The noticeable thing was that the address shown at the end of the letter in my mail was from Ottawa CIC centre as I live in Ottawa. But I send my application to Buffalo and i tracked the mail too and it was received by them in Buffalo. Then how coem I am recieveing e-mail from office in Ottawa. I thought PR casesa re dealt outside Canada?

Anybody has any similar experiences? Is this common?

Same here. Sent my application late July and received the AOR email last week from Ottawa. It seems they resumed using the Ottawa office as of late. I had some pending document that I needed to sent to CIC but wasn't sure if I should send it to Ottawa address.

Ok. No. I called CIC VEGREVILLE today and asked them the question that if i have a case specific inquiry where am i supoosed to send it and they said to Buffalo. So every correspondence should be to buffalo. He also mentioned that they might have two file numbers but that's not something to worry about.

But yeah thanks for replying and updating me. Did you get MEDICAL request too?
