Dear Comrade
I am yet to receive my IST AOR from CIC Sydney by mail. Is it that CIC does not sent the AOR/PER by mail.
In my ecase, CIC said they sent me letter on ---- Oct 2010- and that I should consider delay.
Pleaase Oct 2010 till date is enough for a letter from Canada to get to me even at the speed of a snail
