Dair....no, unfortunately. Like the other person said, it really is through either snail mail or email....not the e-CAS update. And that communication would include the file number beginning with F. Client ID would not change - that's how CIC knows who you are for whatever dealings you have with it. What I'm not sure about though is when people actually email the VO and the VO responds with the file number and a confirmation that they received it. That happened to me but I don't know if I'm going to consider that an AOR at this point.
I got an update from e-CAS Tracker that my husbands application for perminant residence was received on August 9.

Nothing else. No change in client ID...nothing...

Would this be considered an AOR?
