Someone here posted that with the AOR and medical request, CIC also sent request for landing fees.

Did someone also was requested to pay landing fees when AOR/medicals were received?
Knowing that is really important for my plans....

Thanks

My experience I received  AOR and medicals request.CIC normally request RPRF with the paspport request. Some of my mates payed their right of PRF when they filed their application with CIC so I will presume there is no harm in paying b4 CIC actually request for it.

josh,

This PR fee you are saying, is the application fee or landing fee?
I paid the application fee already (550canadian dollars), I am in doubt if they will ask me to pay the landing fees when they send AOR...

rascojenkins,

So, no request for landing fees for you, right?
RPRF (Right of Permanent Resident Fee) is the landing fee? So you are saying they usually request passport and also landing fees right? So it seems I do not need to worry about them now...good....

landing fee can be paid when ypu submit your application fee to cic to avoid further delay. In any instances you will be rejected they will refund it to you. thats why it is better to pay your landing fee before they request if you want your application to be process faster.
