I would appreciate your replies if any applicant who applied to Buffalo Visa Office in July,2010 received their AOR yet? I am still waiting for mine. Your time-lines will be greatly appreciated.

Me from Canada and my timelines are as follows:
appl to CIO April 19
first AOR from CIO july 14
full docs to buffalo received on july 26
still waiting any response
how about yours?

Hello,
I submitted my original application in Jan, 2010. I received reply from CIO, NS in March, 2010. Complete documents submitted to Buffalo office in July,2010. I am still waiting for the 2ND AOR. To answer your question, I am in US and applied from right here. I hope Buffalo office can clear backlogs sooner.

Buffalo has received my package on July 7th. Still no reply.
any update?
Guys cool down..  From different thread... Person whose application was received on June 7th, got AOR on Nov 4th. So looks like they are done with June yet. |

Hopefully July candidates will start hearing from Buffalo in the month of December.
All July-mates can expect to be in Canada by July 2011.

I sent my application on July 12, 2010. Got my AOR from Buffalo office. Does anyone know what is the time frame for them to send you the result of the initial assessment?

Hello Folks,
Congratulations to those who have received 2nd AOR from Buffalo and for those who have not received one yet, have patience. I received my 2nd AOR from Buffalo yesterday (Nov. 18). I had sent complete application to Buffalo in July 12. I hope, good things are to follow and also hope Buffalo starts processing applications little faster.
