Both are possible. Keep close check on your JUNK EMAILS as sometimes it is parked there and applicant never pays attention to it

howcome mr is sent by email as there are are many forms to be signed by dmp.....
normally people receive mr by ordinary mail i guess..........

Kghimire is rightly said that they are sending even by email.
