the CAP is increasing dangerously and i would like to know if they will get to out week soon!

It is not clear from your post which NOC and corresponding cap you are talking about.

I am asking about NOC3111 which is at 369 and I am afraid we might not get in before it is reached. Our papers were delivered on the 1st of November and I would like to ask if there is a way to know an estimate of which dates they are dealing with now so to know when they will start dealing with our application

Check DD or CC .... if a Payments have been made, you are in.

If reached CIO in Nov, it is safe [for CAP] for 3111.

Check spread sheets [various] to get idea of timelines.

some questions though,

what is CC and DD? payment hasn't been made yet PLUS in Greece it is not easy to check that for checks all the time...
It reached CIO on NOV 1st but I am afraid we will not get in in time. there are only 100 spots left Sad

CC = Credit Card
DD = Demand Draft / Bank Draft

As for CAP its still 400 man...Reached in Nov means You are IN  Smiley
Relax....

Ask Bank for encashment of Payment, if you cant...Only option is to wait for CIO Reply.

Just a friendly advice  Smiley.....I know you are tensed and so are the rest of the applicants waiting to know the outcome....you will have to learn to relax and master the ART OF PATIENCE if you want yourself in the game of Canadian Immigration as the rest of the applicants who have been waiting for years and years.

I don't have so much of a problem with waiting, as with not even getting in! I was just planning to move within 2012 and now I see that it might not be a possibility
