Hi All,

I have done my Medicals on 19 Janaury 2012.
Submitted my passports on 31 janaury 2012.
Awaiting my Temporary Work Permit decision.

Is there anyone who got their TWP from CHC New Delhi in 2012?
How much time it took from Medicals to Work Permit?

Thanks and Regards

Would you mind telling us your timeline prior to medicals?  By your nickname it sounds like it has been quite a while.  Thanks.

Nickname is considering since my husband received job offer from his employer.
We thought it'll take some 2-3 months.
But now it's more than 5 months.
It took 1 month to apply for LMO.
Almost 10 weeks to get positive LMO.
2 weeks to apply for visa.

Submitted Visa application on 22 February 2012
Received Medical request on 02 March 2012
Completed Medicals on 06 March 2012
DM sent Medical Reports on 15 March 2012
Submitted passports on 16 March 2012

Now again "waiting" for visa!!!

So...it sounds as if once the LMO was confirmed things moved quite quickly!  Hope you get your PP back soon.

This is SUCH QUICK processing I have to ask if you applied at New Delhi (I thought it was 2 months for ND) or was it somewhere else??  Congrats on arriving in Canada and I hope all goes well for you!

Hi long_wait,

What is your work in Canada? Is it Skilled? Your timeline is fast from the normal, where did you apply?
