Hello,
I applied through Buffalo in Dec 2006. In August 2009 the online status of my case finally changed to Medical results received. I enquired about the case status from Buffalo and they said "Your application is in process. We are unable to provide a date when processing of your application will be complete". Has anyone had a similar case, and if so, how long does Buffalo take when they give this response?

You are lucky , you are at the final stage.  Be patient, if your medicals are O.K. you will be asked to submit your passports to get P.R. visa stamped .   Read the CIC instructions , it specifies that trying to contact the visa office  " unnecessarily "  , only delays the process.  You have got through the difficult stages so be patient .
