Anyone with DOUBLE E-STATUS changed, In Process to "DECISION MADE" & "INPROCESS"

Dear Suresh, Its gives pleasure when we clear doubts based on some facts or developments happened in past. I was also worried that time & I started the thread I had mentioned. It got removed on 2nd Feb 2012 as mentioned in the thread. Below is the reply I received from CHC New Delhi.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi.

No decision has been taken on your application.

We are aware of a system error that has resulted in E-Status/E-CAS incorrectly showing that a decision has been made when no decision has been taken on the application. This system error appears to affect a significant number of applications and we are attempting to resolve the problem.

As soon as an action is required on your part or a decision is made by our office, we will contact you using the contact information you have provided on your application.

If there has been a change of your marital status, family configuration or address, you may update your application, but we request that you send a signed request by scanned e-mail attachment (see our contact information below).

Please provide the following information in all correspondence with our office :

- the subject of your message
- applicant's full name  (SURNAME, Given names)
- date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
- country of citizenship
- file number [letter followed by a nine-digit number]

- email address (if you wish us to correspond with you by email)

It is similar to mine. I think this kind of status change may be seen only when visa office doing somthing with our files for further process and DECISION MADE IS AN error
But why there is line of "Medical have been received" is missing??

Actual status will be clear in a month or so

one is 'in process' which on clicking shows my present case
the other one is 'decision made ' which on clicking shows my prev. rejected case of 2010 (reason for rejection given was not unsufficient proof of job)

hey guys in my case there is also two status:

first is Decision made against my last application in 2009 which was refused due to my spouse documents.

second is In process  for my present application in 2011 as now i already received MR,RPRF and PRR in april.

just confusing me .
today i shocked when i see this situation in my ECAS.
