Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone here has gone through the LMO process where your employer was a "returning employer" - that is, he/she has hired TFWs or has gone through the LMO before your case? Was your employer asked for the "proof of compliance" documents - that is, to show that he/she maintained the conditions for the previous TFWs??

It says on the website that they may be asked; my employer will be willing to do this I guess but it could cause serious delays in the processing and I have very little time left..

Also my LMO is because I am on PGWP which expires soon.... is it more relaxed for PGWP applications??

Any opinions/similar situations?? Please share!!

Thank you!!
