hi,

sorry guys from the first thread regarding this topic..i just want to have more responses.

quite a few of us that have checked out status in ecas and have shown "in process" status but retained the same info as the rbvo status but without the address details. is this unusual or normal?pls share ur experiences...thanks

these days there are lots of errors going on in eacs. why you starting this thread again when there are 2 threads already running for this subject. huh??
