If anyone applied from KSA pls confirm that Employment Contract and Reference letter from Current employer both are need to be chamber of commerce or only EC?

Is it necessary that documents need to be attested by Chamber of Commerce only? or any other authority in Saudi Arabia can also do the same. Pls answer if anyone gone through this procedure.

Regards

Hi nimmiboy! I am working in Jeddah, KSA and filed my PR application to CHC London. As far as I can remember, when I submitted my employment contract and certification I didn't get it stamped from Chamber of Commerce here in Jeddah. I applied in May 2006 and I have submitted my and my family's passports on June 22, 2009. My ecas status now says: "we started processing your application on May 22, 2006" "Medicals have been received" "Decision made" "wait for our office to contact you regarding this decision".

It means, if I get employment contract and employer reference certificate on the company letter head with signed and official company stamp so it would work and doesn't make any difference??

You can have it notarized at your embassy or consulate.
