Anyone who has applied for INVESTER CATEGORY at London visa office ?

Well just want to know if there is anyone who has applied for federal invester category with London visa office ?
If yes than when did you apply and what is the current status of your application ?
I applied in Aug 2009 and still the status is (IN PROCESS).
waiting for the medical request .........
Just thought would share some information with eachother,so if there is someone who has applied to London for FEDERAL INVESTER CATEGORY than do reply ........ Thanks !

hi rock _khan ,

i would like to share my case experience , i applied jan 2008 for investor programme , got ACKNOWLEDGEMENT letter march 2008 and after that i didnt even hear from them. not even they ask me for my documents request. my case was transfered to london office  may 2011.
its still showing on website ...." on process ".  Dont know how long it will take more !!!!!!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

I and wife are residence of Dubai(Iranian National), we applied for Federal Investor Class in London office on 07/June/2009. We received our Medicals on 09/August/2010 and we passed it on 20/August/2010. The E-CAS showing "Medical result has been received". Our lawyer sent follow up email to London office on 16/Sep/2011 and we get following message:
"Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that this file is currently undergoing routine background checks. As soon as any further action is required on your behalf we will contact you".

But till today we did not get any respond. Also I was checking the time line for Federal Investor on CIC website is 32 months. As of above scenario kindly let us know that when we will get our Investment Instructions approximately.

 @ Nabil2009 : Salaam,well i was out of Kuwait in december and my lawyer informed me that they have given interview date of 7th December 2011 to attend in Kuwait,as i was not in Kuwait so my lawyer informed the London visa office that we won't be able to attend the given interview date so please give us another interview date,now waiting for new interview date !

Good to hear from you .Dont worry mate you will get another interview date. very soon inshaAllah. I also heard most of the case in investor ,the interview are waived .

i also got my caips notes , but dont know what exactly mean of this phase ,might be you can help me in this regard

 What if i have already applied and want to withdraw my application and investment of $120000 for Quebec investor category?can i get my money back?
