My medical results were delivered to Vienna on 20.09.2010 for processing. Do you know how long Vienna office processes medicals before sending to the embassy (Kyiv in my case)?

Hi,

If your visa office is in Kyev then why did you have to send your medicals to Vienna?
My visa office is in Vienna and I am waiting for PPR since 28 June...My case is pretty simple but it seems that it still it takes a while for them to move forward.

Hi,
there is a regional medical center in Vienna where medical results are sent for applicants from a number of countries like Ukraine, Croatia, Hungary etc. After processing they are sent to the respective visa offices.

My case looks simple too, I guess one needs to wait for 3-4 months after medicals in any country.

Hi,

Unfortunately we are still waiting for PPR..It's been nearly 5 month now since our medicals have been received by Vienna. When I sent a case specific enquiry to them about 3 weeks ago I was informed that they received our medical papers and our background check is in process.
I have no idea why it takes so much time....my case is in process since 29 January this year.
Does anybody know what can be the maximum period after medicals to get PPR under the fast track system?
