Its been 3 months since medical is done, anyone have an idea how long it takes to get PPR from detroit? thanks!

I did my medicals on 7th of july. I am still waiting for passport request. My visa office is jamaica.

I did medicals in July 14th, also Detroit Office. I'm still waiting for PPR but I haven't contact them, it is just 6 weeks after medicals. Do you know if there is any official period to contact them after medicals send? I read in another forum for NY office applicants that at NY Office they have like periods after you can inquire about your case but Detroit is not updated. In my medicals it said to complete medical within 30 days. But it didn't mention any waiting periods after medicals. Thanks for any help or update !!!! |

Hi Canadadream1, Yes, there is no specific period to email detroit after medical but its not bad to know the status if you think its been quite long since u did your medical. In my case, medical was done in May 2010, and have not heard from them so I just sent them my 1st email today asking for my status and asking if they've received my medical results.
Email them after 2 more weeks or more if u like that would not hurt. best wishes!

DMP sent medical results to Ottawa on Aug 18th, based on tracking # they gave me, it was delivered to Canada on Aug 25,2010. I'm Waiting for any instructions.Hopefully the much awaited...PPR request. Mine is from LA visa Office.

I sent my medics to CHC London July 2009 and still no PPR!!! upon emailing them they always answer the same answer; background inquiries  I just wonder how much longer this will take?? but there is no way one could know that (none what so ever). All you have to do is to lump it and keep waitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttinggggggggggg!!! |
