Anyone Receive AOR initially without Meds Request BUT receive Meds request later

Got My AOR on 2 days ago without Meds Request...Should i be worried?...Ecas is showing nothing...

Did anyone also received AOR without Meds Requests initially but received meds requests at a later time?...Thank You

"Yeah, lots of people here rec'vd AOR without Meds request, don't worry about it. It's just a matter of time. Also please fill up your profile and timlelines so they will show up under your nametag on the left hand side like mine do. It's just easier for people to answer your questions if they can get an idea of your timeline.
