Anyone re-applied after refusal and got thru

I got rejection. I want to re-apply. My agent has already filed a case. I just want to ask if i stand any chance. My qualification and experience matches with 0111 Financial Managers category. I did not correctly explained my job description and got refusal. Is there anyway? please suggest.

Yes, please apply again if your are confident that your job duties matches 0111. I have applied under the same and waiting for response from them.

If not a problem, can you let me know what all duties exactly you wrote in the forms.

Can you tell me that when you had you apply in between after 29.02.08 and before 01.12.08. Because I have never heard any rejection or acceptation of the cases which are filed in the above said period ( when the new changes announced & when the new 38 list published by the immigration department) & which are not under 38 list .

No. There are many cases applied during the period you mentioned are already rejected or accepted for further processing.

But it is also true that there are many many cases, applied during the period, waiting for a reply. We still dot not know the exact reason behind the delay for reply of the cases by CIC.

I have applied in June 2008 and my job is not included in 38 NOC list. I am waiting for a refusal letter from CIC. As the rule is to refuse my case, a refusal letter must reach my hand by this time. But there is no such status is found in e-CAS status. I do not know the reason of the delay for reply. I might think of other options if I got any response from CIC.

If anybody has anything to share.

I don't think NOC 0111 is under current list.
