There is no set timeframe between when they review the medical results and when they request the passport. Each case is processed according to it's own circumstances - for example, your case may process faster than someone's who has lived in several countries and whose background checks take much longer as a result . . . or vice-versa. The visa office will request the medical results from the Regional Medical Centre where the DMP sends them when they are ready to review them - but that's only one part of the process. The best "guide" for how long the entire process will take is to look at the
processing timelines on the CIC website. Manila is currently finalizing spousal PR applications in 4-7 months.
