i recived refund after three weeks of rejction and cheqe was sent to me from Qubec

as my first application was refused by CIO NS

it was the cheque from bank of america as refund

actaully these cheques are encashed from mumbai only

i have lost the emvelop on which the address was written

it may take more then six months to get refund from CIO

No luck so far for the refund. Its been couple of weeks I have sent Fax to CIC but no news yet!

actually i wanted to apply under FSW , but by mistake i am made the payment under humanitarian class - please help !!

i wrote and posted a letter to them by DHL.  Aftr 2 months i successfully got a reply from them saying that they had sent the refund, and if i havent recieved it yet tehn i should sign the attached indemnity form - which i did, and returned to them on :

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker,
Centralized Intake Office,
196 George Street,
Sydney, Nova Scotia, BIP1J3
Canada.
